The Morning After Mask

Sore head? Regret saying yes to that last glass of bubbly? Skin not looking it’s best? We’re here for you!  Sit back with our soothing and calming mask that will recover your skin in no time at all.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp of Honey (Manuka is best)
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 teaspoon of Nutmeg

Time it takes to blend: 5 minutes
Time it takes to glow: 15 minutes

Body / Skin Concerns I target:

Uneven Skin Tone, Dullness, Redness, Breakouts

Honey: I’m antibacterial (great for keeping spots away), incredibly soothing (goodbye redness) and moisturising

Cinnamon: I’ve been used by babes for years to minimise the appearance of pores, fight blemishes and smooth skin.

How to blend:

  1. Mix the honey, cinnamon and nutmeg into a thick paste

How to glow:

  1. Apply the mask to your face and sit back and relax for 30 minutes
  2. Wash the mask off with warm water by gently making a circular motion

Twists you should try:

For babes who can’t have honey, replace honey with 1 tbsp of ground oats and 1 tbsp of water
