Hey you, is something not right with your order?

If you’ve ordered the wrong product or you’re unhappy with your purchase and wish it return it, please do so. You will need to send it back to us unopened via tracked shipping (address will be announced when we launch our box and treat yourself range in early 2017). The B&G team will gladly refund your order if there’s a mix up.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to let you know we’ve got your returned items and that a refund has been processed. Babe, please note that return mail costs are your responsibility. 

Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange opened or used products.
